I have got 2 sofa chairs refurbished from the Sofa Makers. The sofa was beautifully done but I noticed some damage to the screws of the legs for which I made a complaint to them.

I was pleasantly surprised with their service and their eagerness to go over and beyond to address my complaints even after I made the full payment.

They spent their own money - yes they didn't charge me for fixing my complaint even though they had to arrange the special screws for me, sent their person all the way to my home - a good 20 kms and made sure that work is done to my satisfaction.

In this age where people do not pick up phone once you have made the payment, The sofa makers came across as someone who really cares for their customers.

Way to go Sofa makers and I wish you all the more success.
