5 start is actually less for the service which i got from Sofa Makers. Arun has really done a very good job.He took care of each and every thing from pick up to drop the sofa and that also in a given time frame and he provided timely update as well. It was a bad experience .. Arun the manager tends to over promise and under deliver he is also very defensive and argumentative .. there was a problem with the sofa he renovated and when I escalated the issue ( after trying it out ) he promised me everything would be Allright and that one word from me would be all that’s required but when he came here he  started disputing my experience with the renovated sofa .. I admit I was little harsh but he called back later and started arguing with me about how I was treating him and his team like a slave itseems  !! I don’t think he can handle any negative feedback about his business handling skills !! He promises too many things in the beginning and then starts adding charges like transport with no prior mention at all !!! .. if the sofa is not to our satisfaction and we complain then he gets defensive once again over promising and then under delivering !!! The latest is he threatened me in a nice way over my bad review saying “ karma will get back at me or something like that ! “ he kept texting me for an hour to change my review and started name-calling  me when I said I won’t change my review !!
