Okay, let's be honest here. You hand over six pieces of sofa for refurbishment--upholstery change, repair, cleaning, polishing, the works--and are told that these will be delivered in 10 days. What do you expect? That you will make a minimum of 5-6 calls, with your tone steadily growing from patient to livid on the 14th or 15th day before the furniture arrives and you solemnly promise to yourself that you will live with dirty, stained, broken furniture all your life rather than go for a renovation ever. Right? Wrong. Arun at Sofa Makers will prove you wrong. Right from the first call to the first visit (where he was patience personified) to the pick-up to the regular updates to the finishing quality and to the delivery (which by the way, happened on the 9th day!!!), he and his team made everything smooth. Been more than 5 years and our sofa started to show the symptoms in every area gradually, cushions, covers, support etc. Looking for change however wanted to give a try on refurbish to see does it makes sense. Just placed a query online on their website and visit was prompt by Arun. Based the current condition offered refurbishing options to suit the taste and budget. Up on finalizing the option, same day pick up and delivered after 7 days.
